Brad Parscale, the former manager of President Donald Trump‘s re-election campaign, has placed his Fort Lauderdale, FL, home on the market for $2,997,000. As we previously reported, Parscale purchased the waterfront property in 2019 for $2.4 million.

The luxury abode is also where the political consultant was detained by police, who then took him to the hospital after Parscale’s wife, Candice, reported that he was armed and threatening suicide.

After the incident in September, Parscale, 44, announced he would be stepping down from his advisory role to the campaign, to deal with “overwhelming stress” on him and his family, he told Politico in a statement.

Just over a month later, he is now moving on from his luxury home.

The completely renovated layout features four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Located on one of the “prime” canals for large watercraft, the property comes with a deeded dock and lift. For boaters, that means plenty of space to park your vessel.

Inside, the 3,415-square-foot floor plan comes with a chef’s kitchen and dining area. Just adjacent is a living area with glass walls that open out to the patio and outdoor kitchen.

The living space also includes a custom, built-in bar. The residence also boasts updates including a Sonos sound system and Lutron lighting.

All the bathrooms have also been updated, including the one in the master bedroom, which features a steam rain shower. The master bedroom also boasts French doors that open out to a hot tub.

Set on over a quarter-acre, the grounds include a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area. A patio with lounge seating and a fire pit surround the heated pool.

In addition to the waterfront home, Parscale and his wife are also attempting to unload an investment property that they rent out in Fort Lauderdale.

The townhome had been available for lease for $4,500 a month when it went off the market in May. It’s now available to purchase, with a tenant in place through May 2021, the listing details note.

Katrina S. Campins with Campins Company LLC represents both listings.

That two-bedroom property is on the market for $965,000. The 2018 build boasts $200,000 worth of upgrades, comes “designer decorated,” and sits a block from the beach.

The couple also reportedly own a third condo in the area that they purchased for $1 million in 2019.

Parscale, who had worked with the Trump organization for almost a decade as a web designer, joined the 2016 campaign as digital director.

He was then tapped as campaign manager for the 2020 re-election effort. After a disappointing turnout for a rally in Tulsa, OK, Parscale was demoted. He reportedly plans to write a book.
