Fischer Homes to build new Dawsonville community

Fischer Homes has begun development of Villas at Gold Creek, a new community of 32 “paired-patio” homes in Dawsonville.

The project marks an expansion for Fischer, as it is the homebuilder’s first community in Dawsonville, as well as their first paired-patio collection in the Atlanta market.

Each structure houses two homes with separate entrances and two-car garages. Two home plans are available: the Hudson, which has a two-story layout, and the Wembley, which has a single-story floor plan. Sizes range from 1,247 to 2,195 square feet. Sales are expected to start in the fall.

The community is set within the established Gold Creek neighborhood in Dawson County and will be developed by Gold Creek Development LLC. Villas at Gold Creek is in the Dawson County School District, including Robinson Elementary, the new Dawson County Middle School and Dawson County High School.

“We have seen tremendous success with paired-patio homes in our other markets, and this is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for the right-sized space, low-maintenance lifestyle in a convenient location to find their new home at Villas at Gold Creek,” Fischer Homes Atlanta Division Market President Doug Cohen said in a press release.
