Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa, the hosts of “The Flipping El Moussas,” have been busy.

The HGTV stars recently listed three Southern California homes on the same day: one each in Garden Grove, Long Beach, and Torrance.

The Garden Grove and Long Beach properties went under contract within the first week.

These homes will likely be featured on the show’s upcoming season, but we can take an early peek at the couple’s latest handiwork.

At just 1,266 square feet, this Orange County home is petite—but Tarek and Heather Rae packed plenty of style into the three-bedroom residence.

Purchased by an LLC connected to Tarek for $615,000 in June 2023, it went back on the market this month for $1,099,900.

Built in 1955, the home had a full makeover highlighted by a renovated kitchen, a main en suite, and a newly plastered pool. The decor is contemporary and masculine, with a touch of farmhouse style for a homey touch.

According to the listing, this home comes with a new roof, new electric panel, and new HVAC.

The new kitchen comes with navy Shaker cabinets, beautiful quartz counters, and stylish white appliances.

The space is admittedly small, but the El Moussas brought additional prep space and seating into the kitchen by adding a table that can function as a peninsula.

The charming living room offers plenty of natural light and recessed lighting on the ceiling. Wide plank flooring continues throughout the home.

An accessory dwelling unit can add serious value to a home—and this property comes with a pair of ADUs in the backyard. Tarek purchased this place in June 2023 for $625,000.

Now listed for $1,399,900, this home from 1950 is a real gem. Highlights also include a large kitchen with an island and a spacious living room with a fireplace. The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each ADU includes a bedroom, a bathroom, and a private outdoor space.

The listing notes these extra dwellings make this property “great for multi-generational living, or income producing.”

Unlike the Garden Grove house, this kitchen is large, with island seating and space for a dining table. The room also comes with flat-panel cabinets, porcelain countertops, and stainless appliances.

With dark hardware and wood-tone cabinets, this kitchen space has a more rustic style, but this home’s design offers some similarities to the Garden Grove home: wide plank flooring throughout the home and a white fireplace with a chunky wood mantel.
