He purchased the property in 2014 for $2,350,000.

Rhododendron hedges surround this stately Colonial, where original charms and modern sensibilities meet.

Well-known designer Jessica Helgerson renovated the 1943 home into a bright yet cozy family retreat.

Lofty ceilings, a fireplace, and artful paint and wallpaper infuse the rooms with elegance and color.

The kitchen sports a full suite of high-end appliances, including three Sub-Zero fridges, a Wolf range, two ovens, and a Miele dishwasher. French doors lead out to a lush lawn, pool, hot tub, fire pit, and pickleball court.

The main bedroom is a showcase of soaring ceilings, a large gas fireplace, and lovely backyard views. Meanwhile, the nearby primary bath has a soaking tub, steam shower, and an infrared sauna.

For those who love to entertain, the lower level awaits with a home theater, wet bar, and a bespoke table for card games. There’s also a reading nook adorned with lacquer paneling and hand-painted wallpaper.

Frye was drafted into the NBA in 2005 as the eighth pick and chosen by the New York Knicks. He played two years for the team before moving on to the Phoenix Suns, Portland Trailblazers, and Cleveland Cavaliers, among other squads.

Frye retired from the court in 2019 but still dabbles in the sport with appearances on NBA TV and via his podcast, “Road Trippin.’”
