That’s a wrap! Actor David Spade just snagged a newly built estate in Corona Del Mar, CA, for $9.5 million.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom, contemporary-style property is near the beach and boasts 7,500 square feet.

The home was designed by local architect Mark Teale and developed by master builder Nicholson Companies.

Alas, the new construction didn’t come with interior photos; but rest assured, this is a superchic abode with ocean and sunset views.

Single-level stunner

Spade’s new one-level floor plan has a fluid layout, featuring a gourmet kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen has a quartz waterfall island, walk-in pantry, and Miele and Sub-Zero appliances.

There are also four large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A fireplace and a massive closet are the primary bedroom’s luxurious focal points.

The home also includes a dramatic, light-filled atrium; a perfectly appointed office; and a media room for watching movies or hosting parties.

A loggia-covered patio connects the living room with the primary suite, making for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Relax in style

If you haven’t caught on yet, this property is all about luxe leisure. A soothing, neutral color palette; bespoke architectural details; and designer accents are used throughout the home to create a laid-back yet upscale feel.

Additionally, the home has a solar-panel system, pool, and access to four private beaches. It’s also just a skip, hop, and a jump from hiking trails, high-end golf courses, shopping, and dining. And the monthly HOA fee is only $115.

Spade isn’t new to the real estate scene. He reportedly owns a $13.8 million home in the Hollywood Hills. And he quickly sold his Beverly Hills estate in 2022 for $19.5 million.

The comedian, 59, rose to fame when he was brought on as a “Saturday Night Live” cast member and writer in 1990. He appeared on the show through 1996 and starred in hit movies, including “Joe Dirt” and “Tommy Boy.”
