A megamansion with an astronomic price tag of $195 million in Los Angeles is this week’s most expensive listing.

Known as Casa Encantada, the 40,000-square-foot estate has previously set two records as the most expensive private home ever sold in the country, according to the Wall Street Journal. Originally listed for $250 million, the 8.4-acre property overlooks the golf course of the Bel-Air Country Club.

Other pricey properties that hit the market this week include a 704-acre equestrian property in Florida, a newly built California mansion, and a stunning mountain retreat in Colorado.
