Third time’s the charm, right? Leah Remini has once again listed her home in Studio City, CA—this time with just about a half-million-dollar price cut.

The serene 1.5-acre property in the prestigious Fryman Canyon neighborhood is now being offered for $12,499,000.

The home initially went on the market in September 2022 for $12,995,000, and received a contingent offer within two weeks. However, the sale did not go through and the listing was removed in December 2022.

The property then made its way back onto the market earlier this year, also for $12,995,000, but was removed yet again in June.

The actress had picked up her longtime abode in 2003 for $3,750,000.

Privacy is a premium for the rich and famous of Los Angeles, and this property fits the bill for someone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Hollywood.

It’s located in the guard-gated Lockridge Estates at the end of a cul-de-sac. The expansive lot is surrounded by mature trees.

The interior design is elegant and transitional with a predominantly black-and-white palette. Nearly every room of the house is adorned with millwork, and many of the spaces—including the grand foyer and the formal living room—feature high ceilings. With both a formal dining room and an eat-in breakfast nook, the house is set up for all kinds of occasions.

Other amenities include a spacious chef’s kitchen and butler’s pantry, a primary suite with two bathrooms, a home theater, a glam room, a pool and hot tub, a four-car garage, and a guesthouse, which is currently set up as a fitness studio.

Nearly a decade ago, Remini opened her doors and allowed cameras to film for her reality show, “Leah Remini: It’s All Relative.” The two-season project premiered in 2014 and documented the actress’ day-to-day life in Los Angeles with her family, including husband Angelo Pagan and daughter Sofia Pagan.

Remini rose to fame for starring as Carrie Heffernan alongside Kevin James on the CBS sitcom “The King of Queens.” The actress has been an outspoken critic of the Church of Scientology since leaving the controversial organization in 2013 and is the author of her bestselling memoir, “Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology.”
