Ashton Woods will launch sales of 188 homes in its new Locust Grove master-planned community, The Pointe at Heron Bay, on Oct. 21. 

Homes are available in five single-family home plans offering two to four stories and 1,726 to 4,982 square feet of space. Homes offer main-level primary or guest suites, large laundry rooms, open-concept kitchens, flex rooms or loft space and two-to-three car garages. Prices begin at $405,000. 

Amenities for the community, which is located on Cole Reservoir, include a clubhouse lodge, resort-style pool and cabana, fitness center, aquatic center with competition pool, splash pad and water slide, lakefront park with open-air pavilion, catering kitchen and two fire pits, six lighted tennis courts, walking trails and playgrounds.
