Rapper Roddy Ricch, born Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr., has sold his four-bedroom, five-bath Beverly Hills abode.

Alas, Ricch bagged just under $5 million—$4,995,000 to be exact—for the house he paid $5.6 million for in 2021.

Almost a year after that purchase, the 24-year-old artist put the property on the market for $5,995,000. He slashed the ask to $5,750,000 earlier this year.

This summer, the price tag shrank again—to $5,199,000—and spurred the recent sale.

Built in 1960, the 3,450-square-foot residence sits on about an acre, nestled among pretty palms and a lush, green landscape. The open floor plan offers lovely vistas and a cozy fireplace that anchors the living space.

A sleek kitchen on the main level is outfitted with wooden cabinets and stainless steel appliances.

Glass doors on both levels slide open for fresh air and views of the secluded backyard, pool, and spa. The main bedroom features a private deck and a luxe bathroom outfitted with an extended, rectangular tub and a walk-in shower with its own picture window.

Meanwhile, the yard is ready for entertaining, with an outdoor living area, large lawn, grill station, and basketball court.

Ricch began rapping at the tender age of 8 and made a splash in 2017 with his mixtape, “Feed Tha Streets.” He is best known for “Die Young,” the hit single of 2018. Ricch won a Grammy in 2020.

He has released two studio albums and recently crisscrossed the U.S. on tour as the opening act for Post Malone.
