It’s not quite a fire sale, but a price cut of about $2 million is significant.

Indeed, Sofia Vergara, the funny lady from TV’s “Modern Family,” has seriously sliced her ask on the Beverly Hills, CA, mansion she listed in June for nearly $18 million—down from an earlier price of $19.6 million.

The price this time around? $15,950,000.

Despite the history of discounts, Vergara is still poised to come out ahead on the 11,300-square-foot house she paid $10.6 million for in 2014.

The seven-bedroom, 11-bath, Tuscan-style villa has been newly renovated. So between that and the lower price, surely it’ll appeal to its next owner soon.

Lofty ceilings, exposed beams, and a beige-and-cream color scheme add up to a luxe, Italianate vibe. The formal living room features floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the yard, while the den is outfitted with a cozy fireplace.

The kitchen is well-appointed, with a large island, Viking appliances, and a breakfast nook.
