Atlanta-based John Wieland Homes is selling homes at its new townhome community in downtown Acworth, The Heritage at Acworth, starting at $539,900. 

The community offers 29 residences from the JW Collection in three plans: the Wentworth, Waverly and Wagner. Homes come with two and three bedrooms and range from 2,200 to 2,700 square feet. 

The townhouses offer bonus/fitness rooms at ground level, great rooms with fireplaces and owner’s suites with spa-inspired baths. The community is adjacent to the120-acre Logan Farm Park, which has trails, picnic areas, a playground and open green space. 

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices new homes specialist Lorrie Collie is leading the sales effort for the properties. John Wieland Homes was acquired by national homebuilder PulteGroup in 2016.
