Former NBA forward DeMarre Carroll has put his Braselton, GA, mansion on the market for $3.6 million.

Luxury is the name of the game at this one-of-a-kind, stone abode, situated in the gated Legends section of the Chateau Elan community.

The 16,000-square home in the Atlanta suburb boasts eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and six half-bathrooms.

Like walking into a dream

A gorgeous spiral staircase and double-height foyer set the stage when you walk in. Right off the entrance hall are two offices—one with high-end wood paneling and the other with built-in storage.

The spectacular great room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, coffered ceilings, and a fireplace. Custom built-ins add a refined touch.

On the main floor, there’s a primary suite with its own outdoor deck. The space also has an attached, top-of-the-line bathroom with a double vanity, stone bathtub, and frameless glass shower with a rainfall head. And this spa-inspired space also has two private toilets and a walk-in closet.

Cooking in style

Also on the main floor is a chef’s kitchen with Wolf appliances, two refrigerators, an espresso machine, a full-size wine cooler, and a walk-in pantry that opens to an eating area.

And the kitchen’s vaulted, beamed ceilings lend a particularly spacious feel.

On the second floor, there are six huge bedrooms and five full bathrooms.

If you have kids (or a kid with many friends), you’re in luck—there’s a unique bunk room that can host up to six people.

A massive shoe closet—which could be transformed back into an additional room—and a separate in-law suite round out this level.

Endless details

Additionally, there’s a seven-car garage and a golf-cart garage.

And the home’s two laundry rooms—one on the second and another on the main level—add luxurious convenience to an everyday chore.

Right around the time Carroll purchased this mansion in 2015, he sold a 9,543-square-foot Atlanta mansion with an equally massive shoe closet.

Carroll, 37, played in the NBA for 11 seasons with eight different teams and ended his playing days in 2020. In nearly 600 games, he averaged 8.9 points a game. He just finished his first season as an assistant coach of the Milwaukee Bucks.
