Portland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic recently listed his West Linn, OR, mansion for $4,595,000. He bought the home in 2019 for $3.1 million.

The five-bedroom residence boasts 10,042 square feet of living space and sits on a gated 2.05-acre lot. The home was built in 2010 by interior designer Di Barker for her family. While planning the home, she adhered to feng shui principles to create the feel of a sanctuary.

The Hamptons-esque location features a gorgeous tree-lined drive that looks like something out of a fairy tale.

Upon entering the home, you’ll see an exquisite living area with a beamed ceiling, fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area flows seamlessly to the dining area and the huge chef’s kitchen. Here, you can expect high-quality appliances, plenty of storage, and an extended center island perfect for entertaining. A fireplace gives the room a cozy, inviting feel.
