“There is a whole soliloquy of architectural significance to this home,” says listing agent Phil Missig, of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California. “It has received lots of awards over the years.”

The dwelling’s interior embodies a distinctly multichromatic vibe.

“From an aesthetic perspective, the seller changed it from a white box into a much more Pantone-friendly interior,” Missig says, referring to the broadly varied interior palette. “Basically, every room is a very emotional color.
