Andy Richter, the comedian best known as Conan O’Brien‘s quippy sidekick, is moving on from his Burbank, CA, home.

The 3,200-square-foot house was listed for $1,995,000 and is marked as a contingent sale. Richter picked up the property in 2013 for $1,225,000.

The four-bedroom, three-bath, 1939 abode comes with a separate guesthouse that was formerly a stable.

The mod-style space is punchy and bright, thanks to a few well-placed, fanciful touches—flourishes of sky-blue paint throughout and a fabulous leaf-patterned wallpaper adorning one bedroom. The home, which is situated in the Rancho Estates neighborhood, is flanked by trees and tall hedges for maximum privacy.
