Rapper Swae Lee is trying a fresh beat on the real estate front—and he stands to profit nicely if he gets what he wants.

Lee, whose given name is Khalif Malik Ibn Shaman Brown, purchased this six-bedroom, nine-bath Woodland Hills, CA, mansion in 2019 for $3.5 million.

Privacy is the name of the game in Westchester County Estates, the home’s gated, residential neighborhood. The enormous house was recently renovated in a clean and modern design. A massive circular staircase twirls from the foyer to the second floor, with a sparkling chandelier in the center.

Natural light from the large windows fills the rooms, some of which are vaulted and beamed. A big kitchen island offers seating for the whole family, and the space is outfitted with Wolf appliances and a breakfast alcove.
