“The buyer is either somebody with a deep appreciation for the architectural purity of the house, or it could be for an athlete, or someone in the entertainment industry,” Lippitz says. “It is a trophy house.”

The location is close to boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Plus, it’s steps to the elevated 606 trail, a former rail line that’s now a walkable green space.

“It’s one of the hottest areas of Chicago,” Lippitz adds.
