Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers in Atlanta was named the No. 1 Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) office nationwide at the recent 2023 CBC Global Conference in Chicago, where the firm received the Commercial Elite Award. 

The honor is the highest a brokerage affiliate can receive and is based on production and gross income generated by the firm.  

“Among hundreds of brokerages, Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers ranked No. 1,” Metro Brokers President and CEO Kevin Levent said in a press release. “Our agents continue to be leaders in commercial real estate throughout metro Atlanta and nationwide.” 

Keith Graham was named the No. 1 CBC agent in Georgia. He was also given the Circle of Distinction Award alongside fellow agents Kurt Cooper, Mannie Maddox, Jelani Linder and Ben Choi.  

At a separate event held at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, CBC Metro Brokers recognized its own top performers, including Graham, who was Top Commercial Agent Companywide; Kurt Cooper, Top Leasing Agent Companywide; and Alkesh Limbachia, Top Business Brokerage Agent Companywide.
