A star was born—right here in Venice, CA.

Yup, the first property actor Bradley Cooper ever purchased has been listed for $2.4 million.

And if you’re a fan of his films, such as “American Hustle” and “Silver Linings Playbook,” you might be tempted by this opportunity.

Cooper picked up the place in 2004 for $1,199,000.

While petite in size (a bit more than 1,500 square feet), the two-bedroom, two-bath abode has charm for days, thanks to an interior refresh by designer Santillane de Chanaleille.

At more than a century old, the actor’s one-time pad has been overhauled to include modern SoCal touches—reclaimed wood ceilings, poured-concrete floors, and an open-plan flow in the main rooms. French doors reveal a gorgeously planted yard and gardens, doubling the living and entertaining space.

An inviting kitchen has been reimagined with a concrete breakfast bar, and a fireplace warms the great room vibe. The main bedroom has large doors that open to the leafy private property outside. A spa bath features lovely terra-cotta tile and a deep, claw-foot tub for soaking after a long day on set.

There’s also a separate building that could be used as a home office, gym, or bonus room. The yard includes an outdoor living room, a hot tub, built-in grill space, and fire pit.

Cooper rocketed to fame as the breakout star in “The Hangover” movie series. He reached a career high several years ago as the producer, director, and lead in his 2018 remake of “A Star Is Born,” opposite Lady Gaga.

Currently, Cooper is directing and starring in the title role of “Maestro,” a Netflix feature film about the life of conductor Leonard Bernstein.

Diana Braun with Compass is handling the listing.
