Kirstie Alley‘s estate is letting go of her Clearwater, FL, compound, according to Dirt. It’s listed for $5,995,000.

Alley, who died of colon cancer last year at the age of 71, purchased the waterfront residence from Lisa Marie Presley in 2008 for just $1.8 million.

The estate was on the market for less than two weeks when an offer came in. It’s now pending sale.

Clearwater is the hometown of the Church of Scientology, and Alley was a member of the church. Presley, a former Scientologist, died unexpectedly last month at the age of 54.

The 7,815-square-foot retreat is located right next door to the ultramodern mansion with ties to John Travolta.

Other neighbors in the Gulf Coast community include Tom Cruise, who purchased a 20,826-square-foot penthouse in the Skyview tower for $9,580,500 in 2017. Cruise, who has been a Scientologist since 1986, owns three additional units in the building, which was developed by fellow Scientologist Moises Agami.

Gated estate

As for Alley’s former home, it was built in 1993 and features a secluded front courtyard with a stone fireplace.

A step inside the modern foyer reveals a grand, two-story entry with a wall of windows on the main floor. They offer spectacular views of Clearwater Harbor.

The open floor plan boasts a sleek kitchen with “modern appliances, white oak veneer, with pre-finished maple interiors, walk-in pantry, [and] clean lines,” the listing states.

Golden hanging light fixtures shaped like monkeys offer a fun flair.

The home has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The primary suite is upstairs and includes a sitting area, private terrace, soaking tub, double shower, and dual vanities.

The property comes with a pool and spa and two recently renovated one-bedroom units. An additional two-bedroom unit is located above the six-car garage.

There’s also a 60-foot dock with a lift.

Alley starred in numerous TV shows and movies, most notably the sitcom “Cheers,” for which she won an Emmy and a Golden Globe. Later, she starred in the TV show “Veronica’s Closet” and the movies “Look Who’s Talking” and “Look Who’s Talking Too.”
