Actor and comedian Rainn Wilson has found a buyer for his vintage home in Seattle.

Wilson iconically played the role of Dwight Schrute, assistant to the regional manager at Dunder Mifflin Paper Company, in NBC’s reboot of the British cult TV hit “The Office.”

While the property does not include a beet farm fit for Schrute, this West Seattle charmer does offer beautiful views of Puget Sound and the surrounding mountains.

The three-bedroom abode, located within walking distance of the lively Alaska Junction, hit the market last month for $999,900 and just sold for $950,000. Wilson and wife Holiday Reinhorn purchased the property in 2010 for $475,000.

Built in 1928, the 2,150-square-foot home features many period details, including gorgeous mahogany woodwork and hardwood floors.

There have also been updates to the vintage space.

The cozy kitchen is outfitted with a farmhouse-style sink, stainless-steel appliances, and quartz counters.

The dining room features windows with beautiful views.

A bright and airy living room is anchored by an artisan tile fireplace, and French doors open to a west-facing deck.

There are two bedrooms on the main level, and a third bedroom is situated on the lower level.

A full bathroom on the main level has been updated with subway tile and a pedestal sink.

The lower level offers an additional bathroom with a shower stall.

A spacious rec room with a fireplace is on the lower level, along with a laundry room and a mechanical room with built-in cabinets.

The cozy lot comes with “off-street gated parking, a partially fenced landscaped yard, and outbuilding/garden shed,” according to the listing.

The actor, who has long been a regular fixture around the Emerald City, grew up in Seattle and met Reinhorn while attending the University of Washington.

Before letting go of his Seattle pad, the comedian also shed his farm in Agoura Hills, CA, in 2020 for $1.6 million.
