Acworth-based Artisan Built Communities launched Serenity, a 25-townhome gated community in Hapeville.  

All homes are priced from the mid-$500,000s and have two-story, three-bedroom, open floor plans with options for home offices, media rooms and more.  The community features open greenspace, works from local artists and trails connecting its six buildings: five with four homes each and another with five homes.
