The actor Leslie Jordan, known for his role on “Will & Grace,” had later in life reveled in his new-found fame as an Instagram darling.

The veteran performer had also been a first-time homebuyer. He had finally bought a place of his own, at age 67, mere weeks before he died.

“It’s never too late to be happy, y’all,” he posted on Instagram. “I really did it. I bought my first piece of ………… property.”

The actor’s two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in the sky is now on the market for $1,795,000. The social media star had purchased the property in August for $1,750,000.

The listing notes that the “celebrity-owned” dwelling is a trust sale.

The 1,607-square-foot condo, which faces north, is located in West Hollywood, CA, and is part of a luxury, full-service building with an onsite gym and tennis and pickleball courts.

A plain white interior is just waiting for a personal touch, while loads of light come in through floor-to-ceiling glass in the main room with a balcony. Excellent views can be had from this perch as well as from the balcony off the primary bedroom.

Walk-in closets, a lovely main bathroom, and two parking spaces in the adjoining garage are part of the package. The unit comes with access to a spectacular rooftop deck with a fabulous pool, lounge area, fire pit, and party space.

Jordan also played several characters in the “American Horror Story” franchise, but it’s his late-in-life Instagram fame that truly stood out.

With wry humor and a gentle cadence, he told inspiring stories, sang songs, and cracked jokes that comforted his fellow “hunker-downers” during the bleakest parts of the global COVID-19 pandemic. His viral videos and posts amassed some 5.8 million followers. He died in a car crash in October.
