Prepare to be knocked out by this harbor-front estate in Huntington Beach, CA. It’s the home of UFC champ Jacob “Tito” Ortiz, and it could be yours for $4.5 million.

Ortiz, who defended the Light Heavyweight Championship five times, built the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in 2006.

Huntington Beach is Ortiz’s hometown, and his company, Punishment Athletics MMA, an athletic equipment and clothing line, is based here, too.

The home, which is listed with Baron Bershaw at Compass, was initially priced at $4.8 million in late September. The home came on the market after a reported break-in at the property when Ortiz was away, according to TMZ.

The 3,887-square-foot home is located on Davenport Island, where swimming, fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, and boating are popular activities, as are daytrips to Catalina Island on a Duffy boat.

The property comes with rare and highly desirable amenities: beach access and a private 50-foot boat dock. Most docks here are shared among homeowners.

Buyers “want to get a little closer to the water,” says Bershaw. “It’s like a beach inside of the harbor. Only 200 properties can say they have [this].”

A relatively new home is also unusual in the harbor.

Entertainer’s paradise

The home is “an entertainer’s paradise,” where you can whip up feasts for your friends in the high-end chef’s kitchen, according to Bershaw.

There’s also a wine cellar to stock vintages until the next party.

For the buyer who works from the home, the executive office with gorgeous stained woodwork and built-ins is ideal.

Whoever buys this home won’t have to embark on renovations.

“The structure of the house is phenomenal,” says Bershaw.

The Mediterranean-style home spans two levels and comes with a three-car garage.
