“It was designed for entertaining,” says Kerry Oman of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, the listing agent for this compound in Springville, which is 6 miles south of Provo.

“As far as we’re aware, this is the largest home in the state of Utah,” he says.

The seller often hosted large-scale, elaborate parties and fundraisers here for up to 500 guests. Completed in 2013, the 50,738-square-foot compound has six bedrooms, 8.5 baths, and an eight-car garage.

Entertainment galore

People are drawn to the area for primary homes, with about 25% of homeowners keeping vacation properties, says Oman. A private airport is just 30 minutes away.
