“When people first walk up there, it’s just shock and awe. But a lot of people don’t realize how beautiful the house is,” says listing agent Allan Veto, III, with Foundation Real Estate. “When you’re looking at it from the street, all you can really see is the circus equipment. You can’t see the house from the street.”

The massive 8,500-square-foot home was built in 1985 and features seven bedrooms, including an apartment on the lower level.

“If someone wanted to go in there and buy it and build some other houses and have a compound, or if they wanted to buy the property, build a couple of houses, and sell them, [they could],” he says.

He believes the property might make a great winery or event venue.

“The main house is pretty much designed for weddings. The back patio is gorgeous, and there’s the bar area with the banquet hall. There’s plenty of space to grow and add whatever you want to make it as photogenic as you possibly need to.”

Veto says the house was listed in 2019 for about a million dollars less than the current asking price.

“Based on the different parcels, the house, how beautiful the area is, and how the market has been going, we went in there and analyzed it,” he explains. “We think almost $4 million is a fair asking price for what the property comes with.”

Including that one-of-a-kind miniature amusement park.

“A lot of people get hung up on just the carnival rides from the very beginning. They don’t get to see how beautiful the house is—or the potential.”
