Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry has scooped up a new home in Dallas.

While we don’t know the final sale price, the brand-new residence had been on the market for $1.69 million.

King Henry’s purchase with his partner, Adrianna Rivas, had been announced by listing agent Zac Gideo, who shared a photo of the NFL pro on Instagram.

“HUGE congrats to my clients Derrick & Adrianna for closing on their custom modern home in Dallas, TX,” Gideo wrote.

The contemporary home was still under construction when it came on the market in January 2022. The home was scheduled for completion in March, when the All-Pro purchased it.

The location makes sense for the two-time NFL rushing yards leader, who’s known for his intense, offseason workouts in the Longhorn State.

Photos from the Titans’ website show Henry “putting in the work” at Sanders Fit gym in Dallas. Now, the gym rat has a local pad where he can relax postworkout.

Spanning just over 4,000 square feet, the ultramodern build comes with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The design features floor-to-ceiling windows, tall ceilings, and top-of-the-line finishes. The two-story great room comes with a fireplace, and the finishes include ceramic tile flooring and skylights. The property is fenced, and there’s a three-car garage.

Nice in Nashville

When starring for the Titans, the 28-year-old Henry also keeps a place in Nashville, TN.

In 2020, he picked up a modern mansion for $2,244,788. The five-bedroom, 5,000-square-foot home on a half-acre lot is an “entertainer’s dream,” the listing notes.

It features a chef’s kitchen, a bonus room with a full bar, a deck with an outdoor kitchen, and a large backyard.

Henry has deepened his ties to the area, becoming a minority owner of Major League Soccer’s Nashville SC.

Henry was selected by the Titans in the second round of the draft in 2016. Previously, he played college ball at the University of Alabama, where he won the Heisman Trophy.
