The listing notes that the popular property has a “proven rental history” and has already netted some $220,000 in 2022.

Yip, a father of two, recently shared a family photo from the home.

“Spending this beautiful Easter weekend in Rosemary Beach and feeling so grateful to be surrounded by so much Love,” he wrote on Instagram.

No design detail was overlooked in this expert remodel, including the sealed marble counters that aren’t susceptible to stains and performance fabrics that are easy to clean.

“All of the exterior rails were redesigned to expand accessibility to the Gulf views, which are phenomenal, which is also something that I really enjoy,” Yip says. “You can’t beat our stunning Gulf waters!”

The Atlanta-based designer has been featured in “Trading Spaces” and is one of the judges on HGTV’s “Design Star.”  He’s also hosted four seasons of HGTV’s show “Deserving Design.”
