Rapper Wiz Khalifa is letting go of his ultracool mansion in Encino. The Los Angeles home is on the market for $4,495,000.

The performer, whose given name is Cameron Thomaz, picked up the newly built home in January 2019 for $3.4 million.

Based on the prior listing photos, the home doesn’t appear to have any major changes, so the rapper stands to come out well ahead if he snags a full-price offer.

Located in the swanky Los Angeles suburb of Encino, the modern pad sits behind high hedges.

The “See You Again” performer and his son have reportedly upgraded to a larger, $7.6 million mansion nearby, according to Architectural Digest. The brand-new, 8,029-square-foot modern farmhouse reportedly comes with a gym and a guesthouse.

Previously, the rapper rented a $16,000 L.A. pad, and he also reportedly owns a home in his native Pittsburgh.

The chart-topping artist came on the music scene in 2011 with his debut album, “Rolling Papers.” He has turned out hits such as “We DemBoyz” and “Remember You” featuring The Weeknd. The track “See You Again,” from “Fast and Furious 7,” topped global charts. This summer, the 34-year-old will co-headline the Vinyl Verse Tour with Logic. He also markets his own strain of marijuana, the Khalifa Kush.

Alan Taylor at Compass and Brian Capossela with Cap Equity hold the listing.
