Now that the NBA’s Ben Simmons has found a home with the Brooklyn Nets, he has time for a little off-court real estate action.

The guard is ready to flip his home in Hidden Hills, CA, for $23 million, according to the website Dirt.

He picked up the sleek new build in 2021 in an off-market deal for $17.5 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The hoops star now looks to score a massive profit on a home he’s owned for less than a year.

Baller abode

Even if you’re not a Simmons fan, you can appreciate his taste in architecture. This modern farmhouse certainly is a slam dunk.

Its impressive stats include seven bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms spread across a whopping 12,000 square feet of living space.

The oversized, two-story rooms are scaled for basketball player height. Highlights include a great room with a dining area and a living space divided by a dramatic dual-sided fireplace.

Other luxe features include a home theater with a candy wall, a gym, a chef’s kitchen, and a four-car garage.

The primary bedroom comes with a walk-in closet and overlooks the backyard. The en suite bath features a soaking tub, separate steam shower, and marble block sinks.

Moorestown mansion

The SoCal listing appears on the heels of the $4.5 million sale of his Moorestown, NJ, mansion. Simmons initially listed it for $5.5 million, but he still came out ahead in the sale. He had paid $2,275,000 for the new build in 2019.

The property was reportedly scooped up by new Philadelphia Phillies right fielder Nick Castellanos.

Set at the end of a cul-de-sac, the 10,477-square-foot home has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The lower level boasts a movie room, fish tank, game room, and bar.

The 1.78-acre property features privacy landscaping, as well as turf grass for a game of catch—or perhaps there’s room for a baseball diamond.

The home is located a half-hour from Citizens Bank Park, where the Phillies play their home games.

Ritzy Philly penthouse

While starring for the Philadelphia 76ers, Simmons also picked up a posh penthouse at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Philadelphia in 2018 for $2.54 million.

After he declared himself done with Philly, the All-Star threw listed the pad in October 2021 for $3.1 million. It became available for lease this February for $14,000 a month. It was relisted in April for just under $3 million.

The 3,079-square-foot home has three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The open floor plan includes living and dining spaces, 10-foot ceilings, walls of windows, and hardwood flooring. There’s even a custom-built couch.

Luxe amenities include two parking spots as well as access to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel services, including valet parking, a fitness center, and a pool.

Simmons joined the Philadelphia 76ers as the No. 1 draft pick in 2016. In 2021, the three-time All-Star announced he wanted to be traded. And the 2018 Rookie of the Year got his wish earlier this year when he was traded to the Brooklyn Nets.
