Former Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has tossed his Bellevue, WA, mansion onto the market. Priced at $36 million, it’s also the most expensive listing in the state.

The sale price includes the main mansion, water frontage, a dock, and nearly 2 acres facing Lake Washington. The price goes down to $28 million if the buyer opts not to buy the adjacent 1.06-acre parcel.

Wilson, 33, picked up the property for $6.7 million in 2015, when he was starring for the Seahawks. Following a blockbuster trade to the Denver Broncos last month, he and wife Ciara are now ready to part with their place in the Pacific Northwest.

The property features private gardens and beaches, including 270 feet of shoreline. There’s a tram that reaches the lake’s edge, and the dock can accommodate four vessels (including a 60-foot yacht).

The current median list price in Bellevue is a robust $1.4 million, with an average price per square foot of $694. After Wilson’s mansion, the city’s second priciest place is a brand-new seven-bedroom farmhouse for $9.3 million.

After being drafted in 2012, Wilson made an immediate impact in Seattle and led the team to the playoffs in his first season. In his second season, he led the team to a Super Bowl win over the Denver Broncos. After an injury-marred 2021 season, he was traded to the Broncos.
