Just days after selling her massive North Palm Beach, FL, estate for $28.64 million, Tiger Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, has scored a smaller spot in Palm Beach Gardens, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. She paid $9,926,675 for her new digs in the Old Palm Golf Club.

Nordegren tempered her expectations and wound up selling her massive mansion at a huge discount.

It was initially listed for $49.5 million, then she trimmed the price to $44.5 million. After it had spent about two years on the market, she finally sold the estate for $28.64 million.

The place she purchased was most recently on the market for $12,495,000, so she did score a discount on the buy side.

The gated estate was originally listed in June for $11,795,000. In July, the price was bumped up, before Nordegren closed on a deal in mid-September.

The former model’s last project involved razing an existing home and building a custom mansion, but she won’t need to make over anything in her new abode.

Completely renovated, the 13,523-square-foot property was recently taken down to the studs and “completely rebuilt,” with everything brand-new. Originally built in 2010, the home overlooks a picturesque pond on the gated community’s golf course.

The ultramodern interiors offer six bedroom suites, 8.5 bathrooms, plus a formal dining room, office, gym, and a spacious club/media room.

The state-of-the-art dual island kitchen, adjacent to the great room, features Miele appliances and a coffee bar. Attached to the kitchen is a refrigerated, glass-enclosed wine room, with storage for over 500 bottles.

The master suite has a fireplace, a separate sitting room, oversized dual bathrooms, and custom closets, as well as a large terrace with privacy and views of the golf course.

Other highlights of the home include smart-home features with iPad controls, a security system, and elevator.

Outside, the 2 acres include a new pool and spa, with a large covered loggia and outdoor kitchen. The grounds also include multiple garages, as well as a separate one-bedroom apartment.

Michael Leibowitz with Leibowitz Realty Group represented the seller. Dory Faxon with Frankel Ball Realty represented the buyer.
