It looks like Sylvester Stallone has another sequel, this time in real estate.

Soon after reportedly selling his Beverly Hills estate to Adele, the “Rocky” star has punched up another purchase. The writer, director, and producer picked up a Hidden Hills, CA, estate for about $18.2 million, according to Dirt.

The real estate deal comes after Stallone had relocated to a $35 million waterfront compound in Palm Beach, FL.

The acquisition of this Hidden Hills home allows the actor and his wife, Jennifer, to keep a presence on the West Coast—and a swanky one at that.

The home is located in a guard-gated enclave outside of Los Angeles. It’s popular with celebrities, including the Kardashian family, and just down the road is Drake’s Yolo estate, which recently landed on the market.

The 2-acre property includes the main house, guesthouse, and pool house. It’s also equine-friendly with a barn, tack room, and arena.

The property boasts “wonderful privacy and commanding views,” according to the listing.

It’s newly remodeled with a muted palette and delicate decor, which contrasts sharply with the style of Stallone’s Beverly Hills estate.

Will he want to add his signature touches such as “Rocky”-themed artwork and a cigar bar?

The home has five en suite bedrooms, a kitchen with granite countertops, a library, a formal dining room with a coffered ceiling, a media room, a wine room, and an office.

The grounds feature lush landscaping, a pool and spa, a loggia with a beam ceiling, and a four-car garage.

Stallone has been knocking out real estate deals. He sold his longtime Beverly Hills residence for $58 million last month.

Set on 3.5 acres, the eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom estate is located in the guard-gated enclave of Beverly Park. The mansion, which he’d had since the 1990s, was filled with his artwork and memorabilia.

A Rocky statue even stood sentry over the pool. The offering also included a gym, cigar room, and custom bar.

There was a guesthouse, eight-car garage, and art studio.

Stallone initially listed the spread for $110 million in January 2021 before eventually reducing the price to $80 million. He finally sold it for $58 million, closing on the deal around the same time that he picked up the Hidden Hills home.

Now 75, the veteran action star is known for the hit “Rocky” movies, which also spawned the spinoff “Creed.” He’s also starred in both the “Rambo” and “The Expendables” franchises.
