Former supermodel Cheryl Tiegs has finally sold her superb home in Los Angeles for $14,075,000, according to Variety.

Located in the posh neighborhood of lower Bel-Air, the Balinese-inspired estate was originally listed in 2013 for $12 million. It was relisted two years later with a price increase—to $15 million.

Tiegs tested the market again last year with an even higher price tag: $18.5 million.

Tiegs purchased the home decades ago for $2.49 million. And though she poured millions into update over the years, it’s quite likely she strutted away with a profit.

Built in 1951, the single-story home received a major makeover under Tiegs’ direction.

Located on a promontory with panoramic views, the property sits behind private gates and a long driveway. The 4,770-square-foot home features double front doors and a lily pond.

Beyond the formal foyer, the home’s open floor plan features a great room with a soaring ceiling with intricately designed beams. The space encompasses the living room, family room, den, and formal dining room. Walls of glass open to lush landscaping outside.

The chef’s kitchen includes professional appliances and an oversize butcher block island. A hallway adjacent to the kitchen displays a Time magazine cover featuring Tiegs.

The master suite includes a seating area, fireplace, and spa bath. The property also comes with an office, guesthouse, and three-car garage. Set on 1.44 acres, the “resort-style”setting features tranquil and verdant landscaping, a lawn, pool, fountains, and paths.

Tiegs has graced multiple magazine covers, including Glamour, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Time, and Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit issue.

Jade Mills with Coldwell Banker Realty–Beverly Hills North represented the seller. Drew Fenton with Hilton & Hyland represented the buyer.
