After selling off most of her East Coast property portfolio, Rosie O’Donnell has gone West.

The former talk show host recently picked up a modern farmhouse for $4.6 million, the website Dirt reported. Built in 2019, the home is located in the Los Angeles neighborhood known as Beverlywood.

Listed in October for $4.59 million, the brand-new home sold right at the asking price. The spacious abode will surely make O’Donnell feel at home.

SoCal spread

Located steps from Circle Park, the residence is set on a large, flat parcel and spans 7,415 square feet.

Inside, the immaculate space offers high-end finishes and detailing. An open-concept floor plan features five bedrooms, 10-foot ceilings, and walls of glass that open to an outdoor living space.

On the main level, there’s a formal dining room with a glassed-in wine room, a living room with a fireplace, and a family room. Just adjacent, the kosher chef’s kitchen features Thermador appliances, two sinks, a Caesarstone waterfall island, and a butler’s pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite boasts vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and dual closets. Other luxe details throughout the home include paneled walls and ceilings, custom wood cabinetry, and Restoration Hardware fixtures and accents. Additional spaces include an office and a laundry room.

Outside, offerings include a travertine patio, a fire pit, and a grassy lawn with room for a pool. The garage is equipped with built-in storage and a Tesla charger.

The real estate view

The media personality has also been busy on the real estate front, unloading most of her properties on the East Coast. She sold off her main South Nyack, NY, residence for $5.1 million, just under her $5.3 million asking price. That home was part of a grouping of waterfront properties, which she sold off separately.

Earlier this year, she finally found a buyer for her mansion in Saddle River, NJ, which sold at a loss for $5.3 million, after languishing for years on the market.

The New York native also shed a West Palm Beach property for $5 million.

Although she let go of her Hudson Valley compound, the Emmy award winner picked up a trophy Manhattan penthouse for $8 million in 2017.

O’Donnell has been a host both on “The View,” and on her own talk show, “The Rosie O’Donnell Show.” More recently, she’s been involved in acting projects. She starred in the Showtime series “SMILF” and the HBO series “I Know This Much Is True.”

Ron Wynn with Compass represented the seller. Alexandra Flynn with Keller Williams represented the buyer.
