Artisan Built Communities is in the process of building seven new homes for sale in the Hanover section of its highly popular Georgian golf-course community in Paulding County.  

Priced from the mid-$400,000s, the homes include three floor plans from Artisan’s Estate Series of single-family homes: The Savannah, the Alston and the Hartwell, all of which offer four- or five-bedroom options and up to 2,975 square feet of space, plus full basements. The plans include features like first-floor guest suites, open living areas, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and Samsung stainless-steel appliances, large owner’s suites and outdoor living spaces, according to a press release.

Artisan President Stephen Haines said the homes, which are located on Baywood Lane, are expected to be move-in ready by spring 2022.

The Georgian is a master-planned community in Paulding County. It includes several resort-style amenities, such as The Frog, a Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole public golf course, as well as a water park with slides and water features, a lap pool, playground, tennis center, clubhouse and volleyball and basketball courts.
