The actors Anne Heche and Thomas Jane have sold their Los Angeles abode in the trendy Silver Lake area for $2,025,000, according to Dirt.

The charming storybook cottage from 1926 appeared on the market in June for a little under $2 million, and quickly sold for slightly above the asking price.

Records show Jane purchased the place in 2019 for $1,862,000, and that Heche was added on as an owner slightly later, Dirt notes. However, the two apparently decided to let the place go, and even pocketed a small profit for their change of heart.

Remodeled by a previous owner, the English Tudor-style exterior with its pitched gable roof opens to a luxurious, modernized retreat, with plenty of high-end details to please a celebrity couple.

With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the 2,068-square-foot layout features an open living and dining room with a decorative fireplace. Attractive herringbone oak floors are topped with metal light fixtures and a pitched, beamed ceiling.

The dining space includes an oak built-in wooden cabinet for a bar, and an antique chandelier. Just adjacent, the designer kitchen contains custom cabinets, high-end appliances, marble counters, a large island, and an apron copper sink. From the kitchen, glass doors open onto a deck.

On the same level, the master suite with bathroom has a vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, arched window, and its own patio overlooking the garden.

Two more bedrooms share a bathroom on the main floor. One floor down, a living area and screening room can be found, as well as a bedroom, with its own bathroom, currently serving as an office.

Outside, the lot includes a garden and a pizza oven, an outdoor seating area, and a glass-enclosed studio, office, or hangout space.

At the time of Heche’s split from her husband James Tupper, the couple placed a jointly owned Hancock Park house on the market for $3.95 million in May 2019. The handsome home sold later that year for $3,165,000.

Heche also let go of her Lake Arrowhead vacation pad. She listed the cabin in 2019 for $1.05 million, and it sold the following year for $1 million.

Heche is known for movies such as “Six Days, Seven Nights,” “Volcano,” and “I Know What You Did Last Summer.” Her TV roles include “Hung” and “Men and Trees,” and she competed on the reality TV show “Dancing With the Stars.” Jane is a longtime movie and TV actor, who has starred in “Boogie Nights,” “The Predator,” and the Netflix movie “The Vanished,” in which Heche also starred.

Carey More with Corcoran Global Living represented the seller. Adam Sires with Nourmand & Associates represented the buyer.
