PGA golfer Stewart Cink is swinging for a sale of his perk-packed, country club estate in Duluth, GA. He’s asking $3,995,000 million for the custom home.

The one-of-a-kind, European-style construction is located in the exclusive enclave and gated community of the Sugarloaf Country Club. Cink purchased the property in 2002 for $425,000. The home itself was built in 2007.

Constructed of stone and with a concrete-tile roof, the massive manse is situated off a quiet cul-de-sac, and has five bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

With over 11,000 square feet, the residence opens with a deep front porch that leads to the dining room, perfect for entertaining family and guests, inside and out. Interior details include floors of travertine tile and high ceilings, for an airy atmosphere.

The large chef’s kitchen is equipped with upscale appliances and two granite countertops, and includes a casual dining area. An adjacent family room opens out to the patio.

The dramatic, three-story spiral staircase artfully connects to each level of the house. Three of the five bedrooms, one on each level, could serve as the master suite.

On the lower level, the fun continues, with a bar and billiards area, media room, gym, and indoor putting green. The home also includes an office, laundry room, and multiple fireplaces.

Outside, a multitiered, covered rear porch flows into the expansive backyard. The house is set on 1.37 acres, and its features include multiple seating areas, a masonry fireplace, a pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor bar, and private pool bath. The gigantic garage can house four cars plus lifts.

Meanwhile, the amenities at the Sugarloaf Country Club are multiple. If you’re a putter, the 27-hole, private membership golf club designed by the golf legend Greg Norman is close by. The gated community also offers access to three private lakes. Other perks include an Olympic-size pool, a fitness center, 14 tennis courts, and a children’s playground and water slide for kids of all ages.

Cink, 47, attended Georgia Tech, where he played golf for the Yellow Jackets. In 1995, shortly after graduating with a degree in management, he joined the PGA Tour.

He and his wife, Lisa, recently purchased a midtown Atlanta condo at One Museum Place for $3.5 million. The couple also share a home in the Villages, FL, that they picked up in 2006 for $323,000.

Other notable residents of Sugarloaf Country Club have included the former MLB players Rafael Furcal and Andruw Jones, sprinter and Olympic gold medallist Gail Devers, the singer Miz T-Boz, and Toni Braxton.

Christie Wilkins with Keller Williams is the listing agent.
