The controversial YouTube personality and makeup mogul Jeffree Star is letting go of his massive Hidden Hills, CA, mansion. It’s available for $20 million.

Star purchased the palatial property in 2019 for $14.58 million, and added his own colorful customizations to the spread.

Now, just two years later, he’s looking for quite an upside, and has apparently decided to relocate to Wyoming, where he already owns a 70-acre ranch, Architectural Digest reported.

The upscale, gated community of Hidden Hills is popular with celebrities, and neighbors of Star’s estate include Drake, Kim Kardashian West, and the actress Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, who served time for their part in the college admissions scandal. Loughlin and her hubby have made a move from Bel-Air to a modern farmhouse that is reportedly next door to Star’s spread.

Despite the prodigious asking price, the megamansion is, incredibly, only the fourth-most expensive listing in the area. With only 25 homes on the market right now, the enclave’s median home price sits at a jaw-dropping $7 million.

The “superbly styled” French Normandy estate offers seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.

On 2.82 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac with “sweeping views,” the grand manor offers 21,000 square feet of “spectacular” living space.

You enter into a foyer with a double staircase—where Star has posed and modeled his products.

The main level includes formal living and dining rooms with ornate ceilings and chandeliers that look out to the backyard.

A large, gourmet kitchen with two islands opens to a family room. Other eye-popping amenities include a glass elevator, a home spa, a two-story gym with steam and sauna, and a room devoted to a custom pink pool table and pink piano.

The five bedroom suites include a luxurious master suite with dual bathrooms, oversized custom closets, a steam shower, fireplace, sitting area, and views. A wood-paneled office includes built-in shelves and coffered ceilings.

The lower level boasts a red home theater and game room with a wet bar, as well as a wine cellar and wine tasting room.

In addition, the grounds include two guesthouses, a 4,702-square-foot garage that can house 10 cars (many of them currently painted pink), and a 3,700-square-foot barn accessed by a separate driveway.

The grounds feature a pool, spa, a pink lounge area with a fire pit, two barbecue centers, and two covered patios.

So why exit from this posh Xanadu?

The self-described “makeup magician” reportedly announced the relocation as a search for “a lot of acres and silence.”

He posted on Twitter that he’s made the move to Wyoming to focus on writing his autobiography.

The scandal-plagued celeb, a California native whose given name is Jeffrey Lynn Steininger Jr., first shot to fame on MySpace with his music.

He then switched up his career in 2014, founding Jeffree Star Cosmetics, which he promoted on YouTube. According to Forbes, in 2018, Star was the fifth-highest earner on the video platform, earning $18 million.

Marc Shevin with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices holds the listing.
