Homes renovated on HGTV’s “Property Brothers” continue to be a hot commodity. Now fans of the popular show can purchase a glorious Georgia home fixed up by the Scott brothers.

Nearly a decade ago, Jonathan and Drew Scott helped a young couple purchase a three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residence in Brookhaven, GA, for $450,000. Post-purchase, the popular siblings proceeded to renovate the entire place.

Now the home is on the market for $625,000, and their handiwork is on full display. Although the renovation was finished in 2014, the listing photos make it look as if the cameras were just packed away yesterday.

It helps that the home owners, Aven and Philip Barbosa, have taken excellent care of the 1,807-square-foot, two-story home.

As seen in Season 6, the couple had just moved from Dallas to Atlanta for professional reasons. They were living in a hotel and needed to find a home of their own as soon as possible.

Drew helped them select a place with potential, a home built in 1985 in this north Atlanta suburb. Jonathan oversaw the renovation of most of the rooms in the house, as well as the landscaping in the front and backyard.

It was just one of the 35 renovation projects the Scotts completed in the Atlanta area in 2014.

Beginning at the front of the home, the entryway was completely redone. A flow-through living room, a dining area with a wet bar, and a kitchen were created.

It also features a spacious walk-in pantry and updated appliances, including an oversized refrigerator, brand-new dishwasher, a double oven gas range, warming drawer, and a touchless faucet.

Buyers will be enamored by the large, main-floor master suite with dual closets. The fully renovated primary bathroom features double vanities and a large, two-person shower.

Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms that share a bathroom, as well as a large walk-in attic, ideal for storage.

The Scotts also worked their magic on the backyard. They created an outdoor room consisting of a covered deck with floaty curtains, a plush conversation/dining space, and wiring for TV and sound.

They also added an outdoor bar and kitchen, with a barbecue, beverage refrigerator, and bar seating.

“It’s like we hit the lottery,” said Phillip Barbosa when describing the finished project. “It was a great experience. It was way more than we had hoped.”

His wife, Aven, teared up when she saw the reveal.

Whether or not buyers have the same emotional reaction remains to be seen, but with or without tears, they’re likely to be impressed.
