On that we can agree—it’s certainly special.

There are four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, each with unique decor.

The master bedroom features a disco ball hanging from the ceiling and large bed on a multitiered platform, requiring several steps down if you need to use the restroom in the middle of the night.

Pink is the predominant color of the attached master bathroom, dominated by a round red sunken tub in what appears to be a pink marble alcove.

Outside, the spacious porch overlooks a park across the street, and the large backyard has plenty of possibility. Views of the Sandia Mountains can be seen from the upstairs balcony.

The listing details state there are “many possibilities” for the property, and it currently serves an income-producing vacation rental. Current pricing for the place on Airbnb is nearly $500 a night—which means new owners could have a steady cash flow, should they decide to keep the place available as a short-term rental property.

Known as the Art House on the popular vacation rental site, the home is being sold as is, and much of the furniture can stay.
