Cheryl Burke of “Dancing With the Stars” has put her updated midcentury modern home in Los Angeles on the market for $1,875,000.

There’s also a celeb connection when it comes to the look of the home in the Hollywood Hills—some of the home’s spaces were reimagined by Burke’s friend actress Leah Remini.

Burke purchased the home just over a dozen years ago for $1.3 million. When she acquired it, the 2,100-square-foot house built in 1957 still had its original stone fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and post and beam design.

After about seven years of ownership, the dancer grew bored with the home and was ready to waltz away. That’s when Remini shimmied in and suggested they work together on a remodel.

Now their joint efforts are on display for all to see. What will it take for a buyer to swoon over the three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence? Let’s have a look.

In addition to the home’s glam makeover, the location is also attractive. The property is situated on a hillside off famed Mulholland Drive, which affords it remarkable city and canyon views.

Remini left her stylish mark on two areas in particular. Burke’s favorite is the library/lounge area. The original dining space, which was seldom used, was repurposed into a relaxing spot with a large corner window. It’s ideal for conversing, reading, or just kicking back in style.

Another spot that Remini focused on was the spacious two-story back deck overlooking the canyon. By partly enclosing it and adding built-in benches, Edison lights, and a fire pit, they devised an intimate and private space.

Like many of the midcentury modern homes of the era, the common spaces have an open flow. The kitchen has only a breakfast/buffet bar separating it from the rest of the home. It features modern gray cabinetry, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, double ovens, and a beverage cooler.

The private rooms have been customized as well.

The listing photos show Burke used one of the bedrooms as a dressing room/closet for her extensive wardrobe.

Another bedroom was set up as a lovely and accommodating guest room.

The spacious master suite is a world until itself, with direct access to the balcony and exterior stairs. It’s highlighted by an elegantly tiled main bath with a double shower and vanity plus a luxurious soaking tub.

Burke, 36, has partnered with a wide variety of celebrities on 23 seasons of the hit competition show “Dancing With the Stars.”

She’s set several show records, including being the first female professional to win the show (with partner Drew Lachey) and the first professional to win twice. In 2018, she married actor Matthew Lawrence.
