Last spring, the Washington Nationals shortstop Trea Turner made a big splash with the purchase of a brand-new abode in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, for $3.25 million.

Now set up in his luxurious new digs, Turner has decided to let go of his upscale condo in North Palm Beach for $1.15 million.

The Nats infielder initially listed the fourth-floor unit in February 2020 for exactly the same price. He quickly reduced the price to $1,099,000, before taking it off the market altogether. The place then returned to the market at the tail end of 2020.

Turner purchased the newly built unit in 2017 for $784,000. If he gets his asking price, he’ll score a sizable profit.

His unit is certainly a catch. Located on the fourth floor, the expansive two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom layout spans 1,959 square feet, and provides views of both the Intercoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.

Residents enjoy both morning sunrises and the sunsets in the evening. The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining and comes with two terraces, with plenty of room for dining and lounging.

Thoughtfully designed finishes can be found throughout the home. The open plan includes a kitchen with high-end appliances, an island with seating, as well as sleek cabinetry.

The great room incorporates both living and dining spaces, fronted by walls of glass. The layout also includes an office, which is decorated for the time being with sports memorabilia.

Residents enjoy the perks of the Water Club building, which offers 24-7 security, plus a private elevator that opens to the unit. Recreation options for owners are plentiful, thanks to a resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a boat dock with a kayak launch, and even a dog park and pet washing station.

Turner grew up in nearby Lake Worth, FL. He made his big league debut with the Nationals in 2015 and was a key member of the team’s World Series victory in 2019.

Richard Raymond with Re/Max Complete Solutions holds the listing.
