Three-time Super Bowl champ Jeff Bostic won’t block any offers on his Georgia mansion. One of the stalwart members of Washington’s offensive line famously known as “The Hogs,” Bostic has put his home on the market for $2.2 million.

Located in the guard-gated St. Marlo Country Club community in Duluth, the two-story estate was built in 1998. Bostic picked it up for $1.31 million in 1999.

Trees dot the acre-size property on a quiet cul-de-sac. The 12,093-square-foot mansion has seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms and features custom finishes and details throughout.

A large, open foyer easily flows to a beautiful office/study with built-ins and gorgeous dark-wood paneling. Around the corner, the formal dining room provides ample space for dinner parties.

The large living area is highlighted by a massive stone fireplace and flows right into the kitchen. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with double ovens, plentiful wood cabinets, a bar area with seating, and quaint breakfast nook. As you enter the formal living room, you’ll notice the lovely fireplace with natural light from the windows.

The main-floor master suite overlooks the 15th hole of the St. Marlo golf course. Besides the views, the large suite boasts a triple-tray ceiling and a separate living area. The master bath features custom vanities, a large soaking tub, and a custom walk-in closet.

The upper level has three en suite bedrooms and a loft area, which could serve as an office or study. The home’s terrace level includes a second kitchen with living area, two more bedrooms, a home theater, gym, and game room. The outdoor space is highlighted by custom landscaping and decks from which to soak in the surroundings.

Residents of the St. Marlo Country Club community also enjoy a variety of amenities, including golf, swimming, and tennis. The clubhouse includes a restaurant.

Bostic, 62, starred in college for the Clemson Tigers before joining the NFL in 1980. He played his entire 14-season professional career with Washington and was a key member of three Super Bowl–winning squads.

The home is represented by the Filson and Harrison team from the Norton Agency.
