The swanky Manhattan townhouse featured in the HBO series “The Undoing” is on the market, the Daily Mail reports. The Upper East Side abode is available for just under $30 million.

The place seems to have last been sold in 1983, for the much more modest sum of $2.4 million.

If $30 million isn’t exactly in your budget, worry not. You can feast your eyes on the killer real estate that serves as the setting for Nicole Kidman’s home in the murderous drama on HBO.

The palatial property’s red-brick exterior (but not the interiors) plays the part of the residence of the Fraser family. Therapist Grace Fraser is played by Kidman, and her dashing but deceitful doctor husband Jonathan Fraser, played by Hugh Grant, live in the patrician property with their son, Henry (Noah Jupe).

In the psychological thriller, complete with suspenseful plot twists, the opulent interiors also set the stage for the drama. They’re filled with layers of baroque wallpaper prints, moody paint colors, heavy drapes, and naturally, many secrets.

In reality, the home on the market is light and bright, with huge windows to coax in the sunlight, according to the description of the listing held by Louise Beit with Sotheby’s International Realty-East Side Manhattan Brokerage.

Built in 1878 by the architect C.P.H. Gilbert for the lawyer and statesman Joseph Hodges Choate, the 25-foot wide townhouse is designed in the neo-English classical style, and features five stories and 20 total rooms, including nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and three partial bathrooms on 10,000 square feet. Enormous bay windows allow light to flood in.

Original details include six fireplaces, herringbone floors, ceilings reaching up to nearly 12 feet, moldings, and a square formal staircase.

Starting on the ground floor, you enter a reception room with a fireplace and rounded bay window. A staircase leads to a dining room, drawing room, and library, also with a fireplace.

A terrace overlooks the townhome’s gardens. The floor also contains a powder room and butler’s pantry. Other features include an eat-in kitchen, a family room, staff rooms, and multiple terraces.

The upper floors house the bedrooms, and the basement level includes the home’s mechanicals.

The upscale location is situated just off Fifth Avenue, steps from Central Park. It’s now ready for its close-up and its next owner.
