Inside Edition’s chief investigative correspondent Lisa Guerrero has put her enchanting Los Angeles estate on the market for $1,995,000.
This three-bedroom, three-bath abode in the Culver City Arts District features 1,430 square feet of living space and a nice-sized backyard.
According to Realtor.com® records, the Spanish-style home was last sold in 2016 for $1,220,000.
“Selling my magical, mystical casita,” Guerrero wrote in part on Instagram. “The Casita surrounded me with love and magic and warmth and charm, and every single day and evening I spent there was a pure blessing.”
She added that she is moving to be “near the ocean” and that people have asked if she’s sad about leaving her remarkable Culver City home.
“Not at all!” she wrote. “I’m excited for the next couple or family to fall in love with it like I did and to feel it’s healing power, as I move on to my next adventure as well .”
The place was built in 1925 and, based on its facade alone, it’s easy to see that this “magical, mystical” casita is a cut above the rest.
Charming and convenient
Stepping into the front arched doorway, you’re met with a large living room with exposed-wood beams, a handcrafted tile fireplace, and hardwood flooring.
The kitchen is perfect for home chefs, with its high-end appliances and custom cabinets. Much like the rest of the main floor, the kitchen area also has high, vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light from several windows and skylights.
Even better, the kitchen opens to a formal dining room with easy outdoor access.
A magical backyard
It’s no surprise that the sleeping quarters are also exquisite.
For starters, the primary suite has a high, vaulted ceiling with French doors that lead to a gorgeous backyard dotted with fruit trees. Nearby, the en suite bathroom has a tiled tub, an oversized window, and a carved wood vanity.
Standout highlights in the other bedrooms include lattice windows, recessed lighting, and hardwood flooring.
Meanwhile, the backyard doesn’t disappoint with its hot tub and lush greenery. Thanks to a decorated fireplace, ivy-covered walls, a mosaic gazebo, and cobblestone flooring, it has a cozy, charming feel to it. There’s plenty of room to set up tables, chairs, lounge areas, and a barbecue, too.
Additional home features include a laundry area and central cooling and heating.
