It looks like NBA star Paul George is headed to the Philadelphia 76ers.

The nine-time NBA All-Star has traded Los Angeles for Philadelphia, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, who posted on X that the free agent “has agreed on a four-year, $212 million maximum contract with the Philadelphia 76ers, sources tell ESPN.”

George, 34, opted out of the last year of his contract with the Los Angeles Clippers, opening up the possibility of signing with another team.

And that’s just what he did.

“Paul has informed us that he is signing his next contract with another team,” the Clippers said in a statement published by the New York Post. “We negotiated for months with Paul and his representative on a contract that would make sense for both sides, and we were left far apart. The gap was significant. We understand and respect Paul’s decision to look elsewhere for his next contract.”

Pacific Palisades, CA

PG-13 certainly has a taste for pricey properties.

His current abode is in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles, which he paid $16.1 million for in 2019, the year he joined the Clippers.

The 10,000-square-foot residence has seven bedrooms and 10 baths. It was built in 2014 and features a dramatic two-story entry with a curved staircase and a contemporary chandelier.

The open living, kitchen, and dining area has a retractable wall, which opens to an outdoor dining area. The main floor also boasts a formal dining room with a wine room and a family room with a coffered ceiling and a fireplace.

Fun perks include a home theater with stadium seating, a game area, an indoor spa, and a gym.

The half-acre grounds include a pool with a fountain feature, an outdoor kitchen, a sport court, and seating areas.

Hidden Hills, CA

Previously, the California native had a home in a gated Hidden Hills enclave where celebs such as Drake, the Kardashians, and Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford have owned homes.

George purchased the place for $7,400,000 in 2016 and sold it to rapper French Montana in 2020 for $8,425,000.

The rapper listed the home in 2023 for $22,750,000. The price was reduced to just under $20 million.

The massive mansion, 16,000 square feet in size, has seven beds and nine baths. It sits on 1.4 acres and has been reimagined and updated extensively.

Amenities include a full-size basketball court, home theater, and wine cellar. The spacious living area even has a live tree.

The grounds offer a pool and spa, fire pit, kitchenette, TV, and covered patios.

Indianapolis, IN

George started his professional career with the Indiana Pacers as the 10th overall pick of the 2010 NBA draft. With the new team came a waterfront home that he picked up in 2013 for $2.05 million.

After being traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2017, he put the place up for sale for $2.1 million. It was finally sold in 2019 for $1,500,000, in a loss for George.

The splashy, 12,605-square-foot mansion sits on a half-acre and comes with a private dock. It has five beds and 7.5 baths. Highlights include an elevator, indoor koi pond, and an aquarium (featured on the show “Tanked”).

Elsewhere, there’s a lap pool, gym, sauna, and hot tub.
