Kerley Family Homes buys land for Dallas, Mableton developments 

Kerley Family Homes recently acquired parcels of raw land zoned for single-family communities in Dallas and Mableton from Blue River Development. 

The Dallas property, located 250 Polk Ave., is zoned for 27 homes, while the Mableton asset, located at 6443 and 6475 Factory Shoals Road, is zoned for 22 homes. 

The Mableton property is within the Pebblebrook High School district just off Mableton Parkway, a highly active development corridor, while the Dallas property is a half mile from downtown Dallas, which offers walkability and local shopping and dining, Blue River said.
