School’s out for summer, and recent college graduates are planning their next moves. Those entering the workforce would be hard-pressed to find a better environment than Atlanta to start a career, according to a new study by CoworkingCafe, which ranked the city No. 2 among large cities for new grads. 

Atlanta, which dropped one spot from last year’s ranking due to a 6% unemployment rate for 20 to 29 year olds, scored well in other metrics, boasting a relatively low cost of living, high median income of $79,914 for graduates and 69% of jobs providing health insurance. Atlanta also scored high in the leisure category, with 725 amenities, and coworking opportunities, with the highest number of locations per 100,000 residents. 

San Francisco, which switched spots with Atlanta over the last year due to a low unemployment rate, ranked No. 1. Minneapolis was just behind Atlanta at No. 3, followed by Denver and Seattle, which closed out the top 5, respectively.
