The Providence Group recently released the first four lots of its new Knollwood community in Johns Creek for sale.  

The small enclave sits on nine acres and will grow to 20 single-family homes on large homesites. The neighborhood can be visited by appointment only and sales are on a presale basis only. 

The homes will come from the Providence Group’s Plaza and American collections of floorplans. All will have open-concept layouts with integrated family rooms and gourmet kitchens.  

Homes in the Plaza Collection range from 3,000 to 3,100 square feet and offer owner’s suites on the main level, while the American Collection homes range from 3,700 to 4,300 square feet and feature guest suites on the main floor. 

Knollwood is situated near Highway 141 and Highway 120 and is just south of Johns Creek’s new Town Center Vision and Plan, which includes Creekside Park and The Medley, a mixed-use development that will bring 200,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and entertainment and 110,000 square feet of offices.
